This chapter from my Netherlands special is about the southwest,
with Zuid-Holland province being the most densely populated one in the country.
This is the province of Rotterdam and The Hague, but also of the historic town of Delft where I lived for many years.
Up to now however I did upload only a few Delft photos.
Both Rotterdam and The Hague have seperate, extended specials on my pages.
Here in this chapter you can find two of the most wellknown topics of touristic Holland:
tulips and windmills - the latter one in Unesco site Kinderdijk.
And there are a few photos of the islands of Zuid-Holland, a green area just past the urban sprawls.
