Roermond is one of Limburgs most beautiful towns, packed worth heritage.
Although Roermond is relatively small, it is a real center for the area.
In Roermond I made a few photos of a former prison building, that is going to be refurbished in the near future.
Further south is Sittard, a nice place on the edge of what is called Southern Limburg.
Thorn is a tiny village with many white buildings. This is not common in the Netherlands, what makes Thorn a special site.
