In this small special you can see photos from four major National Parks in California.
My personal favourite I guess is Joshua Tree, because to me it shows so fragile while the circumstances are so rough.
But also Death Valley is a desert surroundings with a high level of beauty, even though my visit was in the midst of summer.
In a scorching heat. The third park in this series is Lassen Volcanic, an area with geysers, steamvents and mudpools around a high volcano.
Furthermore I've added three photos of Yosemite.
This special concludes with two images that doesn't show National Parks, but give a typical desert atmosphere.
