welcome
I first visited Prague for the first time in 1985. It were the heydays of communism in Czechoslovakia. Walking through Prague, the city unfolded to me as being remarkably beautiful. Even though the beauty was covered by thick layers of grey dust.

Some months ago I was back. A stunningly beautiful city, with well shaped and detailed buildings and bright and honest colours. And the river Vltava (Moldau) flowing in the middle. Staromestské Namesti, the old town square is the heart of the old town. It is the kind of square that nowadays isn't being built anymore, sadly.

Apart form the Old Town (Staré Mesto) there are photos from the Jewish Quarter (Josefov), the New Town (Nové Mesto), the small quarter (Mala Strana), the Castle Quater (Hradcany), Loretanska and the Letensky Park.

You can navigate by clicking about any object in the site. just clicking the photo will get you to the next one in line. I hope you enjoy.
