Umbria is the green heart of Italy. Unlike almost all other regions in Italy it has no sea and no beaches to attract large hurds of sunseeking tourists. But Umbria has culture. Many cultures.
Worldfamous is Assisi with the monastery of San Francesco. Beautiful is the Duomo of Orvieto, lively the Piazza in the heart of Perugia.
Apart from the centers of these cities I've added a few photos of the Fontivegge officearea in Perugia, just to show the differences and the alikenesses.
Furthermore I've visited the Lago di Trasimeno and some villages on its coast. To give a view of the lake on different hours of the day, I've put some examples of the changing light online.
