Salzburg is a city full of baroque and Mozart. It's a beautiful city with lots of open spaces giving a distinct atmosphere.
I especcially liked the Alter markt and the squares around the cathedral.
High above Salzburg is the castle Hohensalzburg from where nice views upon the city and its surroundings are worthwhile.
Remarkable is the way the employers in the main shopping street Getreidegasse advertise their bussines, using well-crafted iron ornaments.
