Ticino is Italy in Switzerland, but less chaotic and less free.

While the lake itself is great, some of the towns surrounding are lovely themselves.
Both Locarno and Ascona are atmospheric filled with alleys and italian flavours.
Isole di Ronco is a tiny island within Lago Maggiore. It's a botanic garden with both local and foreign species.
