The Huangpu River divides and connects Puxi and Pudong.
People flock together on both of the waterfronts on the west and east side to breath fresh air and enjoy the views.
The western waterfront is the Bund, one of the historic parts of Shanghai. A few bridges and tunnels cross the river.
The river itself is a magnet to ships of all kind. Traffic is heavy here, and sailing the river yourself is an experience.
